RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges,
or refunds on any purchased items. Sizing issues cannot be
accommodated as we provide detailed size charts for our products.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items with manufacturing
defects. To initiate a return for a defective product,
please email us at feendios520@gmail.com with photos of the
defects so we can address the issue promptly.
Items must be in their original condition: Unused, unaltered, odorless, and with all original tags attached.
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. If items do not meet these criteria, they will be returned to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether returned merchandise is in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated
with returns and exchanges. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect
the returned items. Please allow approximately 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
LOST/STOLEN ITEMS
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
